Oil flow is one of the important factors in controlling the speed of the hydraulic cylinder. When the oil flow increases, the speed of the hydraulic cylinder will increase. Therefore, we can adjust the speed of the hydraulic cylinder by changing the oil flow. Generally speaking, there are three ways to adjust the oil flow:
1. Adjust the throttle valve. The throttle valve is a device for controlling the oil flow, which can adjust the oil flow by changing the size of the throttle hole. The throttle valve can achieve fine adjustment, but the throttle valve port needs to be reserved during the design.
2. Increase the speed of the oil pump. This method is suitable for situations where it is necessary to adjust from low speed to high speed. However, it should be noted that increasing the speed of the oil pump will bring greater oil flow and higher pressure.
3. In the process of customizing the cylinder, you can confirm the cylinder diameter, stroke, pressure, and working conditions with the hydraulic cylinder manufacturer, and put forward the speed requirements of the cylinder.
